What is covered in my Oral-B warranty?
Your Oral-B warranty starts on the day of purchase and runs for 2 years. If your Oral-B product is defective during the warranty period, the affected component will be exchanged with a new, original replacement part of equal or greater specification.*
The warranty does not cover cosmetic damage such as scratches, or damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear

Accident, misuse, dirt or water

The product being tampered with

Improper use

Repairs carried out by agents not authorized by Oral-B/Braun

Failure to take proper care of the product, including recharging

The product being altered or used for commercial purposes
Note: Only electric devices are covered under warranty – accessories are not included (examples are travel case, brush head holder, smartphone holder)

How do I register for the Oral-B extended warranty?
You can register your Oral-B electric toothbrush for an additional 1 year extended warranty if you sign up within 2 years from date of purchase. Click here to apply for the extended warranty. You will need to enter personal details and details of your brush, so make sure you have it to hand when registering.
Once registered, you will receive an email to confirm your extended warranty registration. If you don’t have an email address, just print a copy of the registration confirmation page when your registration is complete. Please keep your email confirmation or registration confirmation and receipt safe, as you will need to send a copy in the unlikely event that you need to make a claim against our general warranty terms and conditions during the extended period.

How can I get my Oral-B electric toothbrush serviced in the UK?
If your Oral-B electric toothbrush develops a fault within the 2 year warranty period (3 years if you have completed our warranty extension registration), you can get your device serviced in the UK by our service centre partner, Olympic Shavers.
Olympic Shavers will repair or replace your Oral-B electric toothbrush free of charge, provided it meets our [warranty terms and conditions].
For In Warranty Service: You can submit your details via the online portal by clicking here or alternatively calling Olympic Shavers on 0115 773 0002.
When returning your toothbrush, ensure it is packaged suitably to withstand normal freight handling. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage/shipping. Our warranty will cover product repair or replacement and shipping costs.
For Out of Warranty Service: You can still send your electric toothbrush to Olympic Shavers as they offer a free repair estimate service.
How long will the process take? Olympic Shavers aims to process your toothbrush within 3 weeks. This applies to all cases, whether in or out of warranty. Should they have any questions or if you are requesting an estimate they will be in touch, otherwise your toothbrush will be restored to full working order and returned to you.
Can I replace the battery in my Oral-B electric toothbrush? No, you cannot replace the battery in your Oral-B electric toothbrush. The battery is contained within the electronics of the toothbrush handle and the unit is then sealed to keep it water tight. For these reasons we do not provide replacement batteries for Oral-B electric toothbrushes.
